Sleep and Go S.L. (hereinafter “the web provider” or “S&G”) is a company providing technology services to hotel businesses. Among other services, the web provider designs and launches websites, as well as integrating, where applicable, a platform into those websites through which the hotel can advertise its accommodation and website users can make online bookings. By making a booking via this website, the user enters into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel establishment they have booked; there is no contractual relationship of any kind between the user and the web provider at any time.
S&G will act solely as an intermediary between the hotel and the user, forwarding the booking details to the hotel and sending the user a confirmation email on behalf of the booked hotel, whilst ensuring that this exchange of information complies with current legislation on data security and protection and with its privacy policy.
Similarly, by accepting the booking, the customer consents to the processing of their credit card details for the purpose of finalising their booking, as well as to the retention of such details as a deposit and security against damage and additional costs.

6. Terms and conditions of service provision
The prices shown on the website are final prices, based on your search criteria, and include taxes.
The accommodation provider is obliged to keep room availability and prices up to date; however, issues such as overbooking or pricing errors may arise. In such cases, the accommodation provider will notify you in good time of the situation so that you can cancel your booking and receive a refund of the amount paid (if applicable), enabling you to find alternative accommodation.
Hotelera Sureña, SL will confirm the booking and its terms and conditions by sending an email to the user. Hotelera Sureña, SL will retain an electronic copy of the terms and conditions applicable to each booking. However, the user must retain their own copy of the terms and conditions applicable to each booking.
The cancellation policy is edited by the customer, who has been provided with web access enabling them to amend it and set different cancellation policies depending on the booking period or conditions.
